A little late catching up on my builder's log, but a lot has happened on the belcrank. I first welded the 3/4in tube to the belcrank halves. I made sure I had the 7/16ths space between the halves with washers and a split ring. Once the tube is welded, there is no way to remove any spacers and there is no way to make sure both pieces stay parallel without some kind of support. So I made this split ring out of some 7/8ths tubing. I made sure it had enough to hold in place, but would be easy to remove. Before I put it on the tube I made sure to knock off any sharp edges so I wouldn't gouge the inside surface of the belcrank when taking it off. Turns out it was a non-even because it just popped in half and came out without any issues. Once that was done, I put in the 5/8ths pivot tube and welded the stop rings.
