One thing that added quite a bit of work (more than I thought) were the disks on the ends of the rudder pedals that keep your foot from sliding off. Since I went with coin-sized disks, it took a bit of thinking to come up with a jig to align them with the pedals and each other. This is what I came up with. I wanted the placement ot be consistent and look ok when I was done. The end result was eight disks that are nicely aligned and ready for final weldiing.
