Got it ALMOST done today. I fit the rest of the tubes and finish welded the whole piece. I then got it back on the fuselage and lined it up perpendicular to the bottom longerons. Once that was done, I put some tacks in place and then unbolted it to weld. And that's the last thing to do is finish weld the mounts onto the fin. Yay!
