Drilling nutplates and holes for wiring and whatnot generated a lot of aluminum shavings everywhere. Gravity always takes them to the nose-rib section, so I wanted an easier way to keep up with cleaning the areas, especially the ones that are hard to get to. So with a heat gun, a moderate amount of cursing and leather gloves I made this attachment to vacuum out the shavings. I am happy to report that it works great! The trick was getting exactly the right amount of bend that would still fit through the nose ribs.
