Brief Description: Covering the Ventral Fin Part 1
Covering the ventral fin was interesting. I thought I would cover it in two pieces of fabric, left and right. Then after looking at the Maule Aircraft video I realized it needed to be done in stages. It seemed like it took forever to do it this way, but it seemed to work out to avoid rib-stitching the vertical members. The covering sequence is odd too. It looks nice, but it is a real time bandit. I can’t wait until it’s put into use!
