There is no sugar-coating the process. It was UGLY! Burning paint, burning fabric and the cleanup after. It took awhile, but I was able to clean up the burned areas on one elevator, Bron did the other. It didn’t look so bad once all the burned stuff was cleaned up. But, the worst part is that it was preventable! Next time I build an airplane, I’ll remember.
