Riveted the understructure spar, ribs and elevator horn together. Next I riveted the counterbalance skin to the elevator skin (inner 2 rivets on each side only) and slid the understructure beneath the skin and cleco'd every other hole. Then I riveted the skin-to-understructure, removed the clecos, riveted the remaining holes, then flipped the elevator and finished the other side. I installed the counterbalance weight and installed the retaining screws. Then I drilled the elevator tab bends and installed blind rivets. I then riveted the trim tab spar. Next session I will make the trim tab.
