Riveted all of the rudder skin-to-structure rivets except for the trailing edge and a few near the trailing edge on the upper and lower rudder. I left these open so that I could easily open the trailing edge skins and place the wedge between them. I then mixed up Pro Seal and put a thin layer on both sides of the trailing edge wedge (1st picture) and placed it between the trailing edge rudder skins. I then took the two pieces of aluminum angle that I match drilled yesterday and cleco'd the trailing edge between them (2nd picture). I then wiped away the excess Pro Seal that oozed out when the clecos squeezed the pieces together. The edge looks very straight and I'll let the Pro Seal cure for a couple of days and then rivet the trailing edge.
This is the wedge that gets glued/riveted between the skin trailing edges
Trailing edge cleco'd between the 2 peices of aluminum angle.
