Like many builders, I deciuded to install a conduit through the lenght of each wing to protect the wiring that goes to the landing/taxi lights, pitot heat, position lights, auto-pilot servo, and navigation antennae. My kit is a "quickbuild" and the wing ribs are already in position so I needed to find a way to drill the hole through the numerous ribs (some already hidden and enclosed by the wing skins. My father came to the rescue and rigged up an extension that would hold the 3/4" unibit and be long enough to go through half of the ribs from one end of the wing, and then from the other end.
