Brief Description: Completed elevator to HS hinge.
Final placement of hinge pin. Drilled hinge end locations and placed cotter pins to keep hinge pin from exiting the hinge. Don't really like the cotter pin and will most likely change to plain ole' safety wire. Will see.
Looks like the elevator is excited to meet the rest of the tail.
