Layed out the trim lines on the aileron skin; these are perculiar. Haven't cut just yet; I need time to reflect. Fabricated the channel assembly; W04-09 both L and R. Cut the counterbalance wgt. This was a tough task for my poor bandsaw. Lots of wax and slow going.
