Updrilled the leading edge skins to a #32. This slightly undersized hole should allow for a normal fit of the appropriate rivet once the skin is dimpled. This step is now recommended by SONEX. Sure makes getting the Cleco in a bit of a chore.
Also, completed nut plate installation on the bellcrank access/inspection port.
My air drill came apart on me! This is a "good" quality ATS gun which has done most of my drilling thus far and a Glasstar project several years ago. In order to reassemble this thing I had to actually dissasemble it further. I was able to get it working and back in one piece but this took two hours in itself. I don't like it when my toys break! Especially two hundred dollar ones.
