Riveted the Elevator together. Placed hinge material to horizontal stab (don't do this until you complete the elevator). Was without difficulty although I tried to make it difficult by placing the hing upside down. Fixed that before it became a problem. Elevator remains without twist; I'm as happy as a little girl.
