Brief Description: Assemble Spar foam U Channel

I placed the 3 1/4 inch pieces that make up the back of the spar onto the jig and 5 minute epoxied them together. I then microed the urethane foam top to the jig on top of the 1/4 foam. I made up soem spacers and installed the bottom foam.
