Brief Description:  Nose Gear Door Stuff/Canard Brace

I started by doing the inside 3 ply layup of the gear doors. This was followed by cutting the foam, plywood and glass for my modified canard brace which is made from 1/4 in 6lb divinycell (same as landing gear bulkheads. The foam was cut to 23.25"x5" with two 2"x5" pieces of 6mm plywood epoxied onto the ends and then 1"X3" epoxied onto the ends leaving a slot for the lift tabs. The end pieces will be trimmed to butt against the sides. This assy was glassed with 3 plys BID on the first side and will get the same on the other side tomorrow.Lastly, I installed the gear strut door. Using Wayne Hicks method.
