I finished up the rear mount by adding the T12 tube. I spun my wheels for a while looking for my digital level. After I found it it would not calibrate correctly so thinking the batteries were low I ran out and got some new batteries. Even with the new batteries it would not calibrate so I had to revert back to my angle finder which isn't as accurate. I ordered a new digital level so I'll check the forward mounts before I weld them.
I made a pattern and cut out the two .080 flat patterns of the forward mounting bracket. When I formed the 90 degree bend in the first one it didn't come out very well - same thing with the second one. So keeping up my standard of "practice parts" I just made two more. I decided to make the bend in a 3 inch wide blank first before cutting the final form. That worked much better.
I cut and fit the left side bracket and that's about all I had time for today.
