My new goal is to "do a little every day" (on the days I'm home). That's always been sound advise.
I made the .080 washers for the rear wing attach fittings. It got me wondering if the washer is welded all the way around? So I asked the group: "When welding the .080 washer/doubler on the wing rear attach fitting is it welded all the way around or just on the outside edge? The plans would seem to indicate that the inside of the washer is not welded. There was a part (I can't remember what it was now) that was changed to not welding the inside edge because it weaked the part. I'm thinking it's probably best not to weaken the wing attach fittings."
