More drilling and clecoing… There's a lot of nutplates for the fuel bay covers! I'm using the K1100-06 nutplates for each screw location except for the corners where I'm using K2000-06 with one leg.
The aux tank nutplates were more difficult to drill because I don't have the whole access cut out of the wing skin yet. I had to work with the two temporary holes I cut. Working through the holes to cleco from the inside out took a little more effort than having the whole access cut out. It did help to put a light inside the wing so I could locate the holes easier.
Every nutplate is drilled and the #40 leg holes machine cut with a countersink. I got as far as placing all the covers in place and drilling the screw holes out to #30.
