I got a full day in today. I was in the shop at 8:30 am and out around 6:15 pm. I did take a couple breaks during the day.
More work on the inspection ports. It starts to get repetitive after a while. I kept hoping I wouldn't make a mistake while my mind wandered (machine the wrong hole, dimple the wrong side). Luckily the worst thing I did was use a single nutplate more than I intended as the guide for drilling. I was trying to keep it to 3-4 but sometimes realized it was 5-6 before I "woke up". For just one port there are a total of 80 holes! (counting the skins)
After mounting the covers to the backing flanges I started mounting the ports to the wings - four are complete.
