Well after a long unintended absence from working on my Bearhawk I actually did a little work today. I cut the hole for the landing light in the right wing. Learning from the mistakes of the other wing after laying out the cut out I removed the skin from the wing for cutting. It went much better this time!
I drilled several holes in the corners using a unibit then for the straight edges I used the dremel metal cutting wheel. Then I filed to the line using the tile file.
