Brief Description: Drill out #30 holes, start bottom panel
I drilled out the panel overlaps to #30. Using the same method as the other wing I used a big sheet of plastic to layout the bottom panel. Andrea helped me getting the sheet into position on the wing. I marked out the ribs on the plastic. Next I placed the plastic on the aluminum sheet on a table and marked the ribs. Then I measured the center line marks on the wing ribs itself to cross reference. The marks all cross checked without any changes necessary. On the other wing I placed the panel on the wing and marked the panel to cross check but I have found that taking an actual measurement is more accurate. That was certainly the case in this instance.
For the inspection holes I used the panel from the other wing as a pattern. I laid it on top of the new panel and marked the holes in the same locations. That really made it quick and easy.
