Brief Description:  Inboard trail, trim all panels at spar

Working some more with the inboard trailing panel and taking a little more time it came out much better this time. I laid out the top of the panel first then drilled and clecoed it to the ribs then laid out the bottom (just like I've been doing on the other panels). Another thing I did that helped was I laid out the face of the panel to pre-drill rather than the inside of the panel (placing a piece of plywood in the middle so I did drill though the other side). With the panel on I marked the edges and then trimmed them.

Next I put the inboard .032 panel and panel #1 back on. I clecoed the skin stiffeners to the panel and drilled the hole that attaches them to the main and false spar. I had pre-drilled the hole in the skin then drilled from the top side into the spar.

Next I put all the top panels on clecoing only the fist couple rows past forward of the main spar on the bottom of the leading edge. I marked where the spar rivet line is and marked the panels for trimming. Then I took all the panels off and trimmed them at the main spar. I put all the panels back on clecoing the top and bottom of each panel. Before putting all the panels on I checked the main spar for level and it was good.

This is the first time all the panels have been on at the same time. With the other wing I put all the panels on with the addition on each new panel. That added a lot of unnecessary work so it has really saved some time only putting on the needed panels. I'm trying to be more productive with the skinning of this wing.

Next I'll open up the overlap rivet lines to #30 and I'll start on the bottom panel.
