Brief Description: Part 6: Router method for inspection hole parts
For the oversized hole at the aileron bellcrank I used the same jig by just doing the router cut on half the hole at a time. My hole is the same height as the others but is wider. Make sure and add a scrap on the exposed part of the jig to assist the router in moving around the edge easily.
(I did a similar thing for the cover by cutting one half at a time on the cover router jig.)
