After rechecking the holes I decided the rivet locations were good. I drilled the holes and strapped it on the ribs. Lining everything up I started on the upper skin top and worked my way down. Once the upper skin was clecoed on went to the other side. This side now lined up slightly off from the original marks. It still hits the ribs it's just not dead center. I think my next skin I'll drill and fit the upper side of the skin the mark and drill the under side nose ribs.
Other than being slightly off center a little on the nose rib bottom I very happy with the way the first skin fit. I'm actually kind of glad I had to make a new one because the first practice piece helped me figure out a system.
I prepped the next skin piece. Andrea helped my with the vacuum bend and that helped having 2 sets of hands.
