More deburring. I finished the right wing. I was hoping to start dimpling the ribs and spars but I had to spend some time on some other things.
I broke two of the 3/32" buraway tool blades in the process. I only had a couple spares so I was hoping I'd make it though without breaking my last one. The blade is a little tricky to replace so took some time.
I came across a #40 hole that I had taped over so not to dimple (both spar and sheet) and it took me a while to remember why - it was just because it needed to be opened up to #30. No big deal but it took some time trying to remember why I did that. Also there were a few places that should have had a hole but no hole was drilled. More time trying to remember if I did that for a reason or just missed it.
I'm slowly getting spooled back up. Now the right wing ribs and spars are ready to dimple.
One thing I've added to the shop is a computer. It's nice having that so I don't need to run into the house if I need to look up something online. Also it makes it easy to order something right away if I need too. I ordered a couple more buraway blades - $14.50 each! plus $2.50 handling fee! (Wicks) Ouch!
