I deburred all the parts and did the finally trimming of the nose skin for one of the ailerons. I then reassembled everything to do the final deburring on the nose skin. The # 3 nose rib was off a little when I drilled it so the holes are too close to the edge. I decided to adjust the rib and drill some new holes. The tabs are big enough to accommodate it. I'm kind of bugged by this but since it will be covered in fabric it won't be noticeable later.
I did a better job than I did on the flaps on the nose skin cut outs so it was much easier this time around. I trimmed more off this time so I didn't have to file so much.
