"I did a little more shop organizing then started on the right wing flap. First I pulled out all the hinges and bearings and refamiliarize myself with them. I found it easiest to line up the flap and aileron by pulling off the trailing edges.
I drilled and set the hinge mounts to the rear spar. I clamped the hinges to the flap and test for movement and there was no binding. I need to unclamp the flap again and make some adjustment forward and fit again. It looks like the top skin won't need anymore trimming but the bottom will.
