Brief Description:  Rivet right main spar, fit nose rib attach angles

This was a big day - the right spar is riveted! I feel like I've climbed a mountain.

I riveted one at a time then did a full inspection to each for about the first 40 rivets. Then I started doing about 4 in a row then inspect and worked up to 10 in a row. Everything was going great but about half way through I started seeing cosmetic smiles (cooper only no physical smiley). They were all in the same location (upper left) so I adjusted the angle of the gun, but to no avail. Then the smileys started to show physical interference. I was a bit baffled because it had been going well. I completely changed my body location by standing behind the gun rather then over the gun. It felt a little awkward for the first few but I got used to it real quick. That was the key and I was hitting 100% after the change and no more smileys at all, not even cosmetic. The only thing I can think of is I was getting tired and by putting my body behind the gun I kept better pressure on it.

I was pretty stressed out for the first half of the job but by the time I finished I was having fun. I gained a lot of confidence in my riveting and feel like I can nail it 99.9% of the time now. I drilled out and replaced about 6 rivets. I probably didn't need to replace them all but I wanted a perfect spar and I have a lot of confidence drilling out and setting a perfect rivet now.

As much as I agonized about replacing the spar caps I'm now glad I did. I have a lot of time invested in the right main spar and I'm real happy with the results.

I also fit all but #11 nose rib attach angles
