Brief Description: Prime capstrips, make rib attach angles
I primed the capstrips. After that I cut the rib attach angles out of the 1-1/4" strips of .032 material. I deburred the pieces and bent them in the 18" bending brake. I drilled a #21 hole in one end of the rib attach angle and then attached it to the spar with #8 bolt and nut. I then squared up the attach angle and clamped it into position.
I drilled a #21 hole from the backside to match the hole in the spar cap. I then bolted the piece into position. I have most of the nose rib attach angles now in position on the left spar. Now I'll drill the #30 holes through the vertical stiffeners.
