Brief Description:  Counter sink vertical stiffeners, deburr main spar

Well, I pulled a major buffoonery on the CAP 232 model wing and will have to order some more parts so I'm back on the Bearhawk full (spare) time. (I cut the wing spar extension off the root end instead of the tip end - big differance - so we're going to need parts for one whole wing.) Sure hope I don't do something that stupid on the Bearhawk!

Back to the Bearhawk - I put the plywood top back on the work bench because I think it will be easier to deburr on the table top. I dissembled the main spars. I drilled the counter sunk holes in the vertical stiffeners. I began deburring all the parts. Shelly helped for quit a bit with deburring on the vertical stiffeners, plates and the left side cap strips. For the cap strips I laid them all out for one side and deburred them all at once. This worked pretty well and actually went pretty fast, especially with Shelly's help. Everything is deburred except for the right side spar webs.

(No help from Andrea today, I think she's mad at me!)
