"I spent the last two days preparing the shop for the next phase. I was working with an 8' x 4' table to set up the flaps and ailerons but the table wasn't big enough. Since I need to build an 18' table for the fuselage anyway I figured I may as well do that now and use it to set the flaps and ailerons. I tore down the wing jig and I cleared out the far side wall to store the wings.
I built two 8' x 4' tables and joined them together with a 2' plug between them for an 18' long table. I shimmed the table to flat and level. Also I put wheels on two of my work benches to make them easy to move around. As soon as I'm done setting the flaps and ailerons I'm ready to start the fuselage."
