Brief Description:  Cut pocket and nose rib tabs and rib lightening ho

I haven't seen anyone try this yet but I thought I'd try router cutting the tabs on the aileron nose, pocket and flap pocket ribs. Since the router bit that I had been using was 3/8 " I had to get a 1/4 " bit. First I cut the tabs in the form them used a hand router to cut the aluminum. The table router did not work because the shaft was shorter on the 1/4 " bit. I could only do 2 pieces at a time. (It's actually a bevel trim bit but there is very little bevel to it.)

After cutting I left the 2 pieces in the form and filed the edges. When I took the pieces out of the form they still needed a little work. All in all, I'd say this process worked okay but it was not as quick and easy as I had hoped. It took 3 hours to make all the cuts using this method. I thought it would be less.

I cut all the lightening holes in the back, flap, aileron and short ribs. Andrea helped me with the ribs (after a little more rivet setting practice :-)).
