I drilled all the jig pin, lightening hole center and tab holes in the aluminum blanks. Then I router cut all the ribs. I seized up another router bit (I forgot to spay WD40 on it) and had to run down and get another one.
I cut one of the aileron nose rib tabs with snips to get a feel for it.
With all these holes that need to be deburred, there's a bunch of work for Andrea. I can keep her busy in her free time!
