Brief Description: Center ribs oval hole and flanging
I decided to drill a jig pin hole in the lower aft of the .025 ribs. I'm going to modify my router jig to use to route cut the oval hole so I want to make sure and have a good jig pin location for these ribs. I drilled the new hole in the master form and router jig, then drilled the .025 ribs using the master form.
I then cut the oval hole in the router jig. One thing I messed up on is I was planning to use this jig to router cut the short ribs behind the fuel tank. I should have done those before I cut the oval hole so I would have 2 jig pins. No biggie, now I'll just make a new jig for the short ribs.
Next I router cut the oval hole in all the .025 ribs. I then deburred the edges and oval lightening hole. I started on flanging the edges and got most of the 22 ribs done.
