I routed the nose rib finally edge cut on the router table. I routed 3 blanks at a time. Any more than that seemed to over work the equipment. In fact the bearing on the router seized up and the carbide edge broke so I had to run down and get a new bit.
I deburred half of the nose ribs with a 6 inch scotch brite wheel on a bench grinder.
