First thing I did was link the two 7/8" tubes at the bottom with the "V" tube. I jigged the pedals for tacking. I tacked everything except the second pedal from the left. I welded up the other pedals first then cleaned the slag out of the tube. The last thing I did was weld the last pedal in place. Then I cut the reinforcement straps for the bottoms. After cutting them I got to thinking that maybe I should have welded the strap on the 3rd pedal from the left before I welded on the last pedal so I could clean the slag out of the tubing. We'll see how that works out next step...
