I was in the shop at 7 am and spent the day there until 6 pm (too hot outside). Even though I was in the shop all day my time doesn't show it because I was watching the Olympics at the same time so I pro-rated my time. I found myself sitting and watching a lot.
I made the second mounting bracket after making another practice one - I screwed up the bend on the first one. Good thing a have a big sheet of .063. Then I made the (4) .060 5/8" washers and cut the bushing for the brackets and welded them on.
Next I made the bearings out of 1-1/4" tubing and 1/2" .063 steel strips. The second one is welded up but not cut yet - I got the call that it was time to come out of my cave :-)
