Final drilled and edge finished the trim tab spar and left elevator root rib. I had earlier dimpled both instead of countersinking. Van's support indicated I could have countersunk the hinge to compensate for the dimpled spar but I elected to purchase another trim tab spar and begin anew. As it turns out, countersinking the root rib is OK.
