I marked a bend line perpendicular to the trim tab spar and suecured the wooden bending blocks on the interior and exterior of the left elevator skin. I used another piece of wood to bend the bottom tab and completed the bend by hitting the bent edge with a flush set in my rivet gun. I was initially concerned that the bend radius was too tight. I used a 1/16 drill bit to gauge the radius. I later confirmed the approximately .060 radius using an actual radius gauge.
