Brief Description: Deburring and dimpling of the forward wing skin
I started tonight by flipping the wing over and dimple the other side of the forward ribs. After I finished that, I put the wing back on the wing stand so that the wing was vertical again. I will leave it this way so I can install the push rods, wiring, and aft wing skins. Now that the work bench was cleaned off again, I was able to lay the forward skin out so I could debur and dimple. The other night I watched the dimple die video, on the Sonex web site, and notice that they used some duct tape on the rivet puller to hold the die in place. The duct tape worked great and helped speed the process up a little. I finished all the dimpling that is needed for the right wing.
