Brief Description: Rudder work

As I'm held up on the skin, I've started the skeleton. Fabbed a couple of minor parts, trimmed #710 and clecoed the skeleton together. At a stand still on the skeleton until the skin is ready now. Worked a little on the right elevator. Mostly studying.
