After I installed the flap handle, it was very hard to push the release button in full flap postion. Figured out that it was binding because the mounting plant was not bent at correct angle and when I mounted it, it warped the sides of the handle mount causing it to bind. Removed handle, bent the mounting flange so it rested flush and re-mounted.
