Brief Description:  Cut out slot for nose wheel

First marked the position of the exhaust output pipes by drawing a line across the joint with a permanent marker. Loosened the clamps on the exhaust muffler output pipes and pushed them back so they almost touched the fuselage. This moved them out of the way so I could fit the cowl without having to cut the exhaust pipe holes. Held cowl on airplane lining it up as best I could, Had to compromise between getting upper radiator centered, lower oil radiator centered and the cowl half line even on both sides of the fuselage. This is very much a rough guess. Then marked the point where the nose wheel was resting on the cowl. Removed the cowl, separated the halves. Cut a slot that was just a slight bit wider than the nose wheel tube (without carbon fiber airfoil installed) and the same distance back as the nose wheel tube. Cut this slot out and re-installed the cowl. I had to mark where the inner cowl was hitting the radiators. Removed the cowl and sanded down these inner cowls, Re-installed the cowl and did this all over again. Re-measured, removed, and sanded multiple times until the cowl fit and fit over nose wheel (The slot is still just slightly larger than the nose wheel shock).
