Brief Description: Replace fuel selector valve and lines with updated
Removed firewall gas line pass thru plate from fire wall. Removed the fuel line hose clamps and hoses. Attached a string to the hoses and pulled them out. Removed fuel selector by removing mounting screws. Disconnected fuel lines from fuel pump. Removed left and right fuel inlet and outlet lines. Cut heat shrink tubing on fuel line and pulled all the lines out. Removed plastic fuel pipe wrap from old fuel lines and transferred that to new lines. Attached string to engine supply and return lines and pulled them through the firewall. Attached to the pass-thru plate using hose clamps. Put more Loctite on hose clamp screw threads. Re-installed fuel selector again with more Loctite. Ran hoses to back of plane and installed new heat shrink tubing to keep lines away from moving control rods. Reattached lines to fuel pump and left and right secondary tanks and fuel filters.
