Disassembled nose wheel fairing, inflated nose wheel to 30psi and reassembled using Loctite on all the bolts. Attached Rudder cables and springs to nose wheel. Replaced eye bolts to attach springs with a swivel that was cut in half then used a long 6mm threaded bolt and used it to tighten the springs. The Pipistrell solution was to somehow pull the springs tight and hook them over an eye bolt. I did not want to attemp this so I re-engineered it.
