Brief Description:  Fit airbrake cover on left wing

Used masking tape and a washable marker to mark uncut cover after setting it on top of the airbrake assembled in wing. Drew a line around the outside of the cover on the masking tape on top of the wing. Remove masking tape, re-applied tape to cover with the line just drawn aligning the drawn line to the edge of the cover. Put masking tape alone the inside line made by the making tape that was just applied so the two edges of the masking tape butt together were the cover needs to be cut (it is easier to sand up to the masking tape than to sand away the masking tape). Removed the masking tape on the outside (with the line on it). Then sand the cover up to the masking tape (do this for each edge). When all 4 sides are done, put the cover back on top of the retracted airbrake. Using tape, mark any places that need more material removed to fit in airbrake cover slot and sand up to the tape. Once the cover fits in the cover slot, again apply masking measuring 1mm from the edge (make a 1mm gap all the way around). Sand up to the tape. Fitted it again and marked 1mm again taking into account the slight movement of airbrake in slot and sanded again such that what ever slight movement the airbrake makes in its slot, there will always be a slight gap so it doesn't hang up when opening and closing. Should have shot for a .5mm gap. The airbrake moved a little when I thought it was all the way back and I remove a little more than I would have liked from the front side of the brake cover.
