Brief Description:  Attached doors to fuselage

Separated upholstery from fuselage behind the hinges. Use dowels to hold it away while drilling holes for hinges. Taped doors to fuselage. Used two sided scotch tape to hole hinge on fuselage while drilling holes. Riveted top hinge in place. Removed dowels and re-attached upholstery. Drilled holes in door for hinge with drill stop set just long enough to mark the fuselage door frame. Removed doors and hinge pins. Started riveting lower hinge to the left door frame and the first rivet pulled all the way through to the hinge (Riveter was pulling very hard). Though maybe it was a defective rivet so I tried a second but it started pulling through carbon fibre door as well so I stopped without breaking off the rivet (Cut it, then ground it flush. Rivet hole was a little larger then it should be because the hole hit the side of the frame which cause the drill to travel upward in the hole. Didn't think it was enough to cause this problem but maybe. I will have to drill 2 more holes in this hinge and then rivet with a washer behind (the door has a little channel that it can sit in). I will drill the holes in the hinge so they are centered in the channel. The left door did not have the same problem because the pre-drilled holes in the hinge for that door lined up with the center of the channel
