Brief Description:  Drilling holes for door latch bars for right door

Marking and drilling holes in door frame for latching bars. Started with 3mm drill bit and work up to 8mm (.5mm at a time worked best). angled drill to line up with previous lines I drew on the window. Mounted door latch handle before drilling bottom hole to get correct angle toward window. The bottom hole had to be angled a lot toward the window so it would be at correct angle. used dremel to widen holes (the ends of the latch were wider then the rest of the rod) for rod ends and to allow the rods two move freely as the angle changed when the latch was rotated. De-assemble latch and bent the bottom rod to fit into hole. After re-assembly, the rod was bent to much, had to disassemble again and remove some of the bend (dis-assembled and bent left door latch rod to same angle before re-assembling right door latch). After bending rod, the hole with the bearing for rotation slightly deformed, had to use a grinding wheel in dremel to get bearing to fit again. Greased and re-assembled. Now door latch rotates freely
