Pressure tested the right tank and found the pressure dropped severely over a short period of time. IE.. less than 12 hours. Mixed a solution of dish soap and water to check for leaks. Found the first leak at the schrader valve on the pressure gage manifold. Fixed that leak with Permatex in the threads. Found the return and suction temp plug are leaking, tighten them and they stopped. The #8 screws holding the access plate on were leaking around three heads. Tightened two and had to coat one with KW copper coat. Checked all end rib seams No leaks. Pressure holding at 2 PSI. I feel confident this tank is ready for installation and service.
