Worked on the cooling ramp area. What a pain. then I got on line and found most of the builders have expeianced oil canning and cracking of the ramp due to exhast pulse and or prop pulse. So the design has changed to a stainless steel ramp .018 thickness with wings built in to be supported by the side ribs. So I'll be scraping the hinge for rear mounting and make some better stiffners. Additionally some builders have installed foam in the area between the floor and the skin to reduce noise and increase thermal insulation. So again I'll be rethinking.
